Classes & Independent Studies For Everyone Intersted in Healing
Psychotherapist Helene Rothschild developed this unique, humanistic, holistic process. HART helps people to quickly get in touch with and release self-defeating core beliefs, so that they can experience more health, happiness, and success in every area of their lives.
The first two classes include:
- HART I
- HART II (Pre-requisite, HART I)
To complete a HART Independent Study and receive a certificate:
- Review the tapes of each class.
- Submit 6 case studies of HART counseling sessions.
- Experience HART as a client by listening to Helene's tapes of the specific topics covered in the class.
- Receive at least 75% correct answers to the self-evaluation test.
- Have a one hour in-person or telephone consultation session with Helene.
Fees include a half hour counseling session with Helene Rothschild, a textbook, manual, audio tapes of a previous class, and an hour private telephone instructional time for each course with Helene Rothschild. Discounts for couples and students. Free tuition for the independent study if you organize a group of at least 4 students.

Instructor Helene Rothschild, MS, MA, MFT, received a Bachelor and Master of Science Degree in Health Education from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn , NY , USA . For six years she was a licensed high school teacher.
Helene earned her Master of Art Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling at Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California USA . She has been counseling in private practice as a licensed therapist and offering trainings for 26 years.
